Roger explained cause and how it could be resolved and gave me a better price than I was quoted by two other repair companies.
He picked up my laptop on a Friday evening and I had it back fixed by Saturday night.
He really helped me out as I had course work for Uni due in.
He called me the following Monday to check everything was okay which i thought was a nice touch.
